Are the Calories in Uptime Energy Drinks Bad for You or Not?

Calories
The uptime calorie content is average so it won’t be bad for you.

The calorie amount of the sugar-free version of Uptime is five, and 150 calories are present in a 12 fl. oz can which isn’t bad.

It would be better when a person knows the daily calorie amount of their diet. The daily limit of calories for men ranges from 2400 to 3000. And the daily limit of calories for women ranges from 2000 to 2400.

By seeing this, you will know that the calories of Uptime are minimal, and you should not worry about its calorie count as it will not affect your health.

But don’t go overboard by drinking too much uptime or taking too many calories as it will lead to side effects. To live a healthy lifestyle, you should limit your calorie diet. And if you think that the calories present in Uptime energy drink are too much, you can try its other version, which has fewer calories.

Is the Caffeine Present in Uptime Energy Drinks Bad for You or Not?

Caffeine enhances mental and cognitive functions.

The amount of natural caffeine in Uptime energy drink is 142 mg in a 12 fl. oz can, which isn’t bad and relatively more minor as compared to other energy drinks.

As my daily limit is 200mg, taking one can of Uptime energy drink isn’t a problem for me. But if your daily caffeine level is low, you should take half a can of this energy drink. If your body isn’t caffeine sensitive, then you can quickly go through with a quick boost with a whole can of Uptime energy drink.

For your information, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has suggested that a healthy adult can take only 400mg of caffeine per day. If you drink 3 or 4 cans of Uptime, the result may not please you. Following are some side effects of caffeine overconsumption.

  • Stomacheness
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Insomnia
  • Increased heart rate
  • Anxiety
  • Dehydration
