A 16 fl. oz of Bang Energy contains 300 mg caffeine which is equivalent to around three cups of coffee. Bear in mind the recommended limit of intake for caffeine is 400 mg and going overboard may result in side effects.
I must say I was really feeling energized and a bit hyper after finishing a can of Bang Energy. I suggest spacing out your consumption if you’re caffeine tolerance is low.

Here’s a quick rundown of Bang Energy ingredients:

Bang Energy Drink Flavors
Bang has more than 40 flavors for every mouth to taste and every hand to hold. These energy boosters never fall short of the varieties they offer to consumers.
I have listed some of the flavors below:
- Blue Razz
- Cotton Candy (caffeine-free)
- Lemon Drop
- Bangster Berry
- Frosted Rose
- Rainbow Unicorn
- Peach Mango
- Pina Colada
- Power Punch
- Purple Guava Pear (caffeine-free)

My personal favorite is cotton candy – it literally tastes like your favorite cotton candy! Duh? It’s sorta sugary but not too syrupy-sweet. In other words, it is sweet but not too sweet and has a refreshing feel to it. I was really impressed!
Where to buy Bang Energy?
Bang Energy is available for purchase on their website. You can also buy it from e-commerce stores like Amazon and eBay.
In my experience, buying it from convenience stores or supermarkets like Walmart and Target is good as you get to purchase per can. This gives you the opportunity to buy different flavors of Bang Energy in one go.
Still, it is best to purchase Bang Energy from accredited stores to ensure you get an authentic product.
Bang Energy Drink Review
Personally, I’d give Bang Energy a 7 out of 10.
I really like the wide selection of flavor, taste, and caffeine concentration. Plus, it’s widely available whether online or in-store – very affordable as well!
Perhaps the slight disadvantage would be the amount of caffeine in a serving of Bang – 300 mg can be too much for someone! That said, I strongly suggest spacing out your consumption to let your body metabolize the caffeine first.
Some people also do not like the fact that Bang is not so clear about Super Creatine when in fact it’s just regular creatine. The maker of Monster, Bang Energy’s biggest rival, claims that the company is engaging in false advertising.
As for calories, I like that Bang is calorie-free as I’m always trying to eat and drink healthily. Plus, it’s also sugar-free. In theory, you don’t have to worry about an insulin spike.
Bang Energy comes at an affordable price. You can purchase a pack of Bang (consisting of 12 cans) from Amazon for around $30 to $40. Indeed a terrific deal!

How long does it take for Bang to kick in?
Bang Energy takes around 20 to 30 minutes to kick in and the said effect will last for about 1 to 4 hours depending on your metabolism.
In my case, I was feeling pretty much energized for about 3 hours. Luckily, I didn’t feel any horrible crashes after. We all have different body metabolism – as a fair warning, you might feel some crash after!
